Work Desk

Overview

Given the opportunity to design my own desk, I decided to use the design as a showcase of techniques that Exworks employs whilst echoing the company’s hexagon branding.

The design incorporates a blend of machined and hand-crafted elements, geometric pattern design and CAD modelling.

Some of the features on display are a solid surface panel grooved out on the back face and back lit to reveal illuminated patterns, v-grooved ash veneer MDF and solid surface, solid timber beads around all edges and integrated cable management.
